E-payment service is online through the Simat Human Development portal www.simatcorp.com You will receive a confirmation message for the successful transaction of E-payment through your E-mail.

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

  • If the coach have a technical issue when the session start, the customer entitled to refund the money or he can manage another session.
  • If the coach not attend the session, the customer is entitled to refund the money or he can manage another session.

 

* The customer can change date of the  session  48 hours before start the session.

* If the client dose not attend the session he can’t claiming a refund.

* We are not responsible for  any technical issue can happened  with client  when he start the  session.

In case if the customer has the right to refund money he can contact Simat Human Development by email at: simat@simatcorp.com or call / 79075000

with below attaches:

  • Bank statement showing the repeated deducting money processes.
  • Evidence of the payment received by email.
  • Your Name, ID , Phone Number , The Reason for your refund.
  • There are some considerations should be taken while refund process:
  • The refunded money will be due to the customer who has the account of the credit /debit card has been used for the payment without paying attention for the actual customer of the transaction.
  • The refund process will be through one week from the date of the transaction.
  • The customer will be notified for his/her eligibility to refund deducted money within 48 hours from the payment transaction.
