SIMAT capability session in progress

Framework overview

Our human & organizational
capability framework.

A supplementary, research-informed view of the capabilities behind sustainable performance.

At SIMAT, we recognize that sustainable organizational performance depends on the continuous development of people, organizational capabilities and the systems in which they operate.

Alongside our established approach, we have developed a supplementary, research-informed framework that brings together selected concepts from professional standards and research in human capital, organizational psychology, organizational development and the future of work.

The framework provides a structured way to understand the capabilities that support effective people, resilient organizations and sustainable performance.
